Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These terms form a binding agreement between you (the customer, referred to as "you" or "Customer") and Interfront Ltd., which operates VoiceSkill.co ("VoiceSkill", "we", "us"). They also apply to anyone you invite into your workspace. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Security & GDPR page, which form part of this agreement.

1.The service

VoiceSkill is a software-as-a-service platform for AI-driven sales simulations. It lets you generate a role-play scenario from a job ad, script, uploaded call or manual input; run realtime voice conversations in which an AI plays a prospect; record and transcribe those conversations; score them automatically; and train your own sellers in the Cold calling gym. Features evolve; we may add, change or retire functionality, and we will not materially degrade a paid plan during a billing period without notice.

2.Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using getflyt.co you accept these terms. You must be at least 16 years old and have authority to bind the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3.Accounts, workspaces and roles

A workspace owner controls branding, scoring rules, seats and roles. You are responsible for the activity of every user in your workspace, for keeping credentials secure, and for removing users who leave your organisation. Seat and simulation limits are defined by your plan.

4.Your role as data controller

For candidate and employee personal data (names, email addresses, CVs, call recordings, transcripts and scores) you are the data controller and we are the processor. You decide who is invited to a simulation, what is asked, how long results are kept and how they are used. You warrant that you have a lawful basis to invite each candidate or employee, and that you have informed them about the AI simulation, the recording, the transcription and the automated scoring before they take the call. Our Privacy Policy incorporates our Data Processing Agreement; we will sign a separate DPA on request.

5.Recording, AI role-play and consent

Every simulation is recorded and transcribed. Candidates and trainees are shown a notice before the call starts and must actively start the call. It is your responsibility to comply with local recording, employment and works-council rules, including any requirement for explicit consent or prior information in the jurisdictions where your candidates are located. You must not run a simulation on someone who has not been told they are speaking with an AI.

6.Automated scoring and human oversight

Scores, difficulty calibration, rankings and coaching feedback are produced by AI models and are decision support, not decisions. They may contain errors, omissions or bias. You agree to keep meaningful human review in your hiring and employment process and not to make a hiring, rejection, promotion or disciplinary decision based solely on automated processing where that would be unlawful (including Art. 22 GDPR and applicable AI and employment law). You are responsible for informing affected individuals about the use of AI, for offering a human review route, and for any legally required transparency, record-keeping or impact assessment relating to AI systems used in recruitment.

7.Your content

Job ads, scripts, uploaded calls, CVs, branding, recordings, transcripts and scores ("Customer Content") remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display Customer Content solely to provide and support the service. We do not use Customer Content to train AI models, and we require the same of our AI subprocessors. AI-generated scenarios and reports produced for you are yours to use; you are responsible for reviewing them before use.

8.Acceptable use

You must not: use the service to deceive a person into believing the AI is human after the call has ended; record anyone without the notice described above; upload unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, harassing or sexually exploitative content; screen candidates on protected characteristics; reverse engineer, resell or benchmark the service without our written consent; attempt to extract model prompts or bypass usage limits; or use the service for unsolicited bulk outreach to real prospects. We may suspend a workspace that breaches this section.

9.Third-party integrations

Teamtailor, Google, Stripe, ElevenLabs and other integrations are optional and governed by their own terms. When you connect one, you authorise us to exchange the data needed for that feature. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

10.Plans, usage and payment

The Free plan includes 5 AI simulations and 1 user. Paid plans (Starter, Pro and any successor plan) are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, in the currency shown at checkout, exclusive of VAT unless stated. A simulation is counted when a scored attempt is completed; warm-ups and technical checks are not counted. Unused simulations do not roll over. We may change prices with 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

11.Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse, with notice where reasonable. After termination you may export your data for 30 days; after that it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on any plan without a separate written SLA. Planned maintenance is announced where practical. Support is provided by email at hello@getflyt.co during European business hours.

13.Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with at least reasonable care and use it only to perform this agreement.

14.Warranties and disclaimer

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, unbiased or suitable for any particular hiring decision.

15.Limitation of liability

Neither party excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, or for hiring or employment decisions you make. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or GBP 100 if no fees were paid.

16.Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims (including from candidates, employees or regulators) arising from your Customer Content, your failure to obtain the required notice or consent, your use of AI output in employment decisions, or your breach of these terms.

17.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

18.Assignment and entire agreement

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it to a successor in a merger or acquisition. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Security & GDPR page are the entire agreement between us and supersede any prior discussions. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

19.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of London, United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
